Hm,I don't know how to emplane this jevans ,but say I put same tank I use on my pipe on thatguy 's brass nemesis and rips my throat.I think it depends on what material is the device.Big difference in vape and flavour between using same tank on my hammer, brass nemesis and SS Stingray. I hope thatguy or someone else can emplane what I mean .

Out of the lower end pipes the kamry seems to be the best. Of course there is always the hammer mod as well which is pipe esque. If money is not an issue check out limelight mechanics. I will be making a couple more pipes next month. When finances allow purchase of bits lol. Battery wise I'd suggest chucking the battery and charge the kamry comes with and grab some AW 18350 batteries and a decent charger. Thats just personal opinion though. The long driptips I use for my pipes are about £4 in uk. They are a little wobbly in most tanks due to their length and single oring depth on the protank 2. The protank is a great size tank for an epipe. I put a innokin gladius on last night looks good and with that being two O ring mouth piece fits well. I agree that I will have to change the batteries and the charger is pants.

It comes down to the resistance of the mod itself jevans. Resistance is caused by the mods material, it's threads, it's switch and the firing pin. The larger this resistance is, the more voltage is dropped on the mod, rather than across the coil(s). Less voltage reaching the coil means less power being used to heat it. As your coil resistance decreases, the difference in the voltage drops across different mods becomes even more noticable. To keep your mods resistance down, it's important to keep it clean, especially threads, the switch and the firing pin. Any gunk on these will make more voltage be lost on the mod thus less getting to the coil.

I do like the look of a hammer with the right tank and drip tip, may be a better option than a pipe ?

One big plus (or minus) for the hammer is it's weight. You get to do olympian arm curls and vape at the same time. It's a heavy little beastie even in 18350 mode.

Sorry I cannot add more but due to family problems tending to pop in pop out without reading threads in full, but for my build got a £1.50 Haojue pipe, think about £2 for an Ego circuit board, $2 extended drip tip from Healthcabin, maybe £5 for bits and pieces (plastic button, solder, magnets), rest I had anyway, whole thing added together £10-12 and I was pleased with result, I did look at doing a VV, but thats nexts years bored project lol. Give building your own a go, I have no soldering skills, limited electronic knowlage, but these days all out there on the wonderful net, you save money and learn how to improve what you want. PS Anyone want to buy my new homemade Istick, 3 ft X 2 Ft, charging point for a 12 V connector and has a floating pin (well I dropped it into bottom, so floating around somewhere) lol MP
