Morning all, I'm after some advice on e pipes please, I really fancy trying an e pipe. I have been looking at the kamry k1000 from some uk sellers, does anyone know if the k1000 is a decent starter pipe ?, from what I have read it seems these are a mechanical mod, which I know nothing about. The kits I am looking at are on eBay from highly rated sellers any advice on the k1000 would be very much appreciated.

I got the kamry k1000 for Christmas and so far have found it quite enjoyable. Haven't tried the charger yet but in a whole I find it quite good still have to find a descent tank for it though.

Yes I have used the protank 2 with mine. The only thing is the mouth piece doesn't fit all the way in as there is 2 O rings on the K1000

Just my point of view, made a pipe, not because i wanted, just hell of making it lol, mech 18350 battery, took it out showed it off threw in draw, useless to me as VV/VW person, nothing I put on it gave me flavour.
Seek out SEJ not sure if he on here but his on UKV, he is font of all knowlage pipewise, and a nice helpfull guy, sorry just leaving now but if i find this thread again will give more details.

Out of the lower end pipes the kamry seems to be the best. Of course there is always the hammer mod as well which is pipe esque. If money is not an issue check out limelight mechanics. I will be making a couple more pipes next month. When finances allow purchase of bits lol.
Battery wise I'd suggest chucking the battery and charge the kamry comes with and grab some AW 18350 batteries and a decent charger. Thats just personal opinion though. The long driptips I use for my pipes are about £4 in uk. They are a little wobbly in most tanks due to their length and single oring depth on the protank 2. The protank is a great size tank for an epipe.

I bought a kamry and although it has its faults, I like it. If you do buy one, throw away the charger that comes with it. It looks like a fire hazard waiting to happen. The batteries seem to function okay though. The tank that comes with it isn't too bad but you'll be fighting a long battle with it to stop the leaking and gurgling. But above all ..... be prepared to use it to point to everthing, you just cant help it

Here is my beauty.I use it without extension tubes. You can buy adapter thingy and use any tank you want.A bit downside is that hammer is really heavy, need time to get used to it.And don't know how you like your vape, but hammer don't have much of a kick, which is perfect for me because I like milder vape, but might not suit someone else.

but hammer don't have much of a kick Isn't the "Hammer" just the battery part and vaping properties are controlled by the choice of tank? Jim

I have no knowledge of pipes, but I did see a video by Grimm Greem where he used a Kayfun Mini in long mode - I thought it looked quite cool
