Thanks J & J for organising another great evening, nice pub, food would be a bonus but cannot have everything. Journey home was a nightmare, nearly 2 hours for a journey that should have took 30-45 minutes, seemed every car in the UK was on my route last night.
As for prizes, nice bonus but no problem if we do not have them, would not affect me attending.
Vaping at the bar, come on people use a little common sense and courtesy to others, doing that type of thing will get us banned from everywhere.

MP Yes it was very impolite of them Mart, and as you know I went and told them to be considerate and blow it away from the bar. They did apologise and did as I asked from then on. What made it worse was that they were cloud chasers, so it was great plumes of it blowing all over the bar staff. >:DIt really annoyed me, and I would imagine that I made them very well aware it.
They weren't from a forum by the way, they were from facebook. If I catch them doing it again I will tell them that they are no longer welcome. That kind of behaviour doesn't help us at all. Its hard enough for us to find a suitable venue as it is.
I also sent a text to the landlord to apologise about it this morning.

Well done Julie, thanks for doing that on all our behalfs. This is second time cloudchasers have caused problems at our meets, i've nothing against people doing what they want in privacy, but maybe it's time that when organising meets it's mentioned they not welcome for the overall good of all the sensible people that attend (I did not include myself in the sensible bracket lol). MP If you are meaning the fire alarms at the prince of wales Mart in all fairness I have to say that it was not them. The first time it went off Terry - (who was the only cloud chaser there) was in the loo and was not vaping as he hadn't even taken his device with him. I actually said to him at the time when he came back that he could not be blamed for that.

Yes, we watched that baldy Tottenham fan stand at the bar repeatedly, and purposefully, blowing huge billowing clouds into the face of our long suffering bar man. Amazingly this poor young man was courteous and pleasant to us throughout the evening – I doubt whether I would have been as patient in his position.

No the incident I meant was in the Coach & Horses, 2 idiots at the bar cloud chasing and lighting the clouds with laser pens, I was at bar ordering and one of them turned to me, showing a s&&&&y mech mod and said this is a far better set up than yours, considering my mod was sitting on the other side of room it was obvious he was idiot/drunk, I just ignored, but after asking around found they were not forum people and had came from facebook. God save us from idiots MP

Given that this was the 17th LSE meeting and we've already gone through a shed-load of venues and been banned from most of them, I think we should actively ban cloud-chasers from attending meetings. It's hard enough to gain acceptance as 'normal' vapers without the excesses of these guys. They draw unnecessary attention to themselves and to us as a group with their childish showing off and we will run out of vape-friendly venues at this rate. That aside, it was a good meeting and I didn't miss having a raffle.

Bit extreme ...... but I do think they need educating Banning seems a bit harsh. Repeated rule braking is s fair ban and I don't mean three strikes and your out ......just tell them when they arrive clouds live in the sky so exhale upwards torwards the celling and under no circumstances to vape at the bar.....I think that all vapers should not vape at the bar.

I think it was lovely. Did not miss the prizes and couldn't care less if there was a sponsor. I am growing fond of the group and really enjoy catching up. I don't mind cloudchasers, rude people I do. Ladies thank you so much for putting it together. Standing ovation
