Can I suggest you screw the coil back in firmly as this might have been why it was not closing and not connecting with the battery. When filling I often just check the coil hasn't loosened when I opened the tank. X one

For some reason when I screw the base back on after refilling or changing the coil, the coil comes loose. It may be a dodgy batch because I have a feeling the center tube is a fraction too long and the coil is making contact with it (rubbing against it) before the base is fully screwed on which leads to the coil becoming slightly unscrewed/loosened...if that makes sense lol.

yeah makes perfect sense as its dead hard to get the thread to line up and go on right with out threading and there isnt that many threads holding it together at all i have messaged the company now to see if they are willing to help me out so fingers crossed they might do something as i think the site is a good site and there speed with the postage was really good too !
