The next door neighbours were more pissed than I was.......... & no, unfortunately ( or fortunately, if you happen to be one), not a duck to be had last year..........not even on the hotel restaurant menu................. .........I may take my own this time............ Dumb question time, but from reading the above this is like a "normal" festival how I know it...hopefully set tent up, spend the whole weekend pissed, go home to stinking hangover. I like the sound of this but from past experience i must remember to set up the tent as a priority, drunken and in the dark whilst trying to keep down half a litre of something that didn't agree with me is a bad look. Had a look at the pictures and cars on site, that will do if it doesn't happen.....

Sounds better than I had last year, due up at 7am for train to Shrewsbury, ended up at 3am in living room trying to decide if needed ambulance, chest infection could not breath, so vaping day definatly out, but bright side chest infection got me off stinkies and into this awlful habit in 2009 lol.

Last year's photo threadE: photos start on pg 8 Just had a quick look, nice to put some names to faces, and it does look fun.........With my "festival" hat on I will be drunk for most of it, although Im a happy drunk I'm typically very drunk........ saving grace for some would be now older I need to sleep..! August is festval and ibiza season so maybe a day trip would be better for me....... im a nice guy in real life....honest... is it over 18 or children allowed?

I forgot to blow my lilo up had to do it @ 5:30 AM after clearing up the empties, good job I had been off the stinkies for 2 years or I would have had to sleep on the ground. Yea to be honest I always pull up and crack a beer and the tent some how gets done thereafter, blow up mattress doesn't always make it through first night...! Typically because time it gets done im drunk, miss a connection that needed plugging or so...car on site is a good back up....

Kids and pets welcome, except those blokes running round the campsite shouting for their dog about 1 AM Saturday night.

...and what you all forgot battery charger. But where would I plug it in? I've heard that many of the stalls offer free battery and phone charging... Will bring a selection of batteries just in case I buy (or win!) a new toy.

I bought a little xtar mp2 charger (does my small batteries) and a decent powerbank = they did me nicely all weekend after all, it would be embarrassing to run out of batteries at vapefest!

Torchy had a stall selling his batteries on the day But when you buy new ones they are normally about 40% charged for longer shelf life.

I would just plug into my car when vapingbads not looking......... edit...where you coming from in cockney land? if I don't come with my kids I'll be starting off from Hackney with a couple of spare seats.

We'll have to stay in touch, Hackney here also, Victoria Park, if I do go most likely go by train (book in advance much cheaper than driving), but I have to wait to see dates, last year was first time did not clash with a race, had tickets and then got chest infection MP
