Good start there whiteshep. I'm sure we've all met some smokers who feel a bit threatened by the rise of vaping, how do you get them to give it a try?

I love them, thankfully that sort of humour is now encapsulated in kiddies animations. I love how that double layer humour works, kids fall about laghing but theres parts that are strictly adult kills me!

Just a figure of speech, prolly wouldn't use that myself either but just 'insert word' of your choice, so long as they get the hint that their time would be better spent boring someone else with their health warnings.

The way i see it is that people who are genuinely interested are inquisitive not argumentative or dismissive, i've got all the time in the world for the inquisitive & none at all for the others.

the problem with separate shelters would be, that I would miss out on nice company - unfortuantely there are still more smokers, where I work than vapers - oh and yes I have heard it as well ' oh vaping is worth than smoking' - generally from total non smokers or determined smokers - what a load of b..............s......................

and so many are so convinced of this nonsense - obviously they never even bothered to read on it or back up their b...........s................ - that any discussion is useless and a waste of energy

I usually counter snarky comments with '' Oh, really? That's good to know'' whilst taking another drag and nonchalantly and silently maintaining eye contact with them for a few more seconds than is comfortable. Most of the time they will start asking questions, as they now think that you are keeping some secret to yourself.
