Sandra, how do you go about changing flavours? I now have some strange tasting cartomisers! I'm not sure what other people do but I'm keeping 1 carto per flavour, and then that way it stops cross-contamination of flavours. (I've just changed from carts/atty's to carto's for the same reason you mentioned - atty's seem to keep the previous carts flavour) I have about 8 flavours on the go and swap and change throughout the day - variety is the spice of life! |

There are a lot of variables to this, like... "Did the average vaper take up the vape as an attempt to get off nicotine" ...and it will play a part if most did! Giving wrong results. Also there are no mg amounts in the poll, not that its feasible, but as a broad poll I guess it works. I added up the highest ml from the poll and 35% of people use 4.0ml a day or more! I class myself as a heavy smoker (25-30 roll ups a day) so I am guessing I will use up to 4ml but I don't know. Still waiting for my first ever e-cig to arrive, an Ego-T. Typical that I order one (Thursday) just before a 4 day national holiday, which has added 2 days to my waiting time  been waiting what seems like ages and I bet it was only dispatched today (Tuesday). Stupid Easter! |

I vape between 3 ml and 6ml a day if I am at home I chain vape most of the time I knocked down from 18mg to 10mg 11mg nic because I was finding my throat was getting soar towards evening sometimes I vape no nic sometimes in the evening! My husband is always commenting on how much I vape compared to smoking so found this very informative I now have some ammunition when he starts! I have found that my attempts at stoping smoking in the past have not so much been about the nicotine for me but the actual process of smoking, it's my escape my chill time, so vaping fills this blank for me and is so much more pleasant than my nasties days !  |
