help my throat is so sore ??

Hi again over today my throat has steadily got really sore to the point I don't wasn't vape is this normal please iv been vapeing around a week

I would say that this is just a cold you caught - don't think it has to do with vaping

No it's not normal. As Clivia says, you could be coming down with a cold & your sore throat has nothing to do with vaping.

However, vaping can make you dehydrated so make sure you up your liquid intake.

Yay thank you got worried there for a minute , a lot of people I know have had a bad dose of the flu really hope its not that either lol

As long as you drink enough water as vaping makes your mouth go dry (at least I found that), it shouldn't be the vaping. And yes, everyone around here is coughing and sneezing...

Yeah there's a nasty bug country wide....

My nose feels worse than congestion on the M25 right now

And I've had it almost a week...

However the plus side with vaping is that your chances of getting a chest infection are substantially reduced

I was getting a chest infection every 3-4 months when on the stinkies. Now no chest infections for 3 years vaping!!!!

I have a name for that

Thank you Chrissie @macushla and @johanino I still feel of this morning my ears and nose have gone now to match my throat , my brother and daughter are all of work today really ill this is wiping everyone out, I think I may have a milder version luckily as I'm no where near as sick as them iv had to dose them up with Beecham's flu plus x

Thank you toots I feel sorry for my daughter and brother its knocked them of there feet could I ask you a question please as in new to this my shops liquids are not nice so I thought to experiment with flavours and get an idea of what I like I'd get quite a few of onepoundliquids or goose juices as if I don't like the flavour I won't of lost much ,have you ever heard of these please is it worth it or are they not up to much, which is best if you know please

It's Joose Juice @yavape, not Goose 

Personally, I wasn't overly keen on the onepoundeliquids, but Joose Juice are great.  You can tailor the pg/vg ratio to your personal preference with whatever mg nic you choose, and you can also choose to have extra or double extra flavouring added.
