ordered a clear atty stand about 3 weeks ago and received a blue, about 7 quid. Raised ticket added some photos etc. Now got ticket going on and they're offering me 10% off......no I want clear as I ordered, not blue, it's not going to the post office as for 7quid it's not worth my time, it's going in the bin.

Just looked, thought I might have to eat humble pie,.... . nope it's blue as blue can be......

Must of spent over £500 at .............. in 4months, had a two cheap DOA, a glass tank etc. which I couldn't even be bothered raising ticket for, first ticket.....and they want to deal with me over £7.............

Raise a ticket for the whole lit and only have to go to the PO once,  I've had then send replacement bit a couple of times without wanting them back, but the last time was a couple of 510 heat sinks with bad threads and they wanted them posted I got the postage refunded within a day of sending a photo for the receipt and the refund 2 weeks later.
