70%pg&30%vg for me not too harsh carries flavour well and enough vapor for me to be happy but it really is so subjective.

Depends on the juice for me and what i'm going to be using it on:

Juice type:

Fruit or menthols - 70PG 30 VG
Dessert - 50PG 50VG sometimes 40PG 60VG

Atty:

Tank - no more than 60%V VG or they might struggle to keep up, there are exceptions however.
Dripper - 70% VG+, generally around 80 - 90%

yes, the tickly sensation is mainly down to the PG content, up the VG for less tickle

I mix all mine at 80:20 pg/vg, like the throat hit

GunJack thank you my throat is actually hurting and because some of my family is ill I thought it was that but I no where as bad as them and after doing some reading I see you can get smokers flu it seems better in the day but at night it really bad I'm drinking the water but it still hurts ,hopefully it will past its only been 6 days since I stoped

Mainly 50/50 For Me....Altho' I've Mixed Some at 65/35 & 70/30 For a More 'Cigar-Like' Throat Hit With Havana & Philippine 'Baccy Steeps....

lots of bugs around at present, your body is still in the adjustment phase after stopping smoking, so think you're suffering a bit of both

GunJack yes it will take a while I get my new liquid and Aspire cf mod / Atlantis today I can't wait ,iv been using the local shops ecig and horrible liquids ,after having a go on my friends I know this will be a better experience as I can't stand the taste of any iv tried up to now ,yet my friends was lovely she did say the liquids are not up to much and order some nice ones
