PG is a diol meaning that it contains two alcohol functional groups, this is where it gets it's sterilisation qualities from. Having said that it's not very good on it's own compared to say isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol found in the hand gels. While i'm on about boring information it's interesting to note that some hand gels are very cold when you use them and they evaporate very quickly - these are the ones with a high alcohol content. The ones that evaporate less slowly and take more "rubbing in" have propylene glycol added. Funny old world eh? I've got some sat on my desk, check out where it's made   |

Nicotine salt is how nicotine occurs naturally in the tobacco leaf, it's then processed to produce nicotine freebase. In effect it is returning to it's natural state when freebase is changed into nic salt. Contrary to popular belief nic salt does not travel to the nicotinic receptors in your body as easily as freebase and therefore it takes you longer to feel the "hit" but when it hits, it hits hard. Salts also require a higher temperature to vapourise than freebase.
Benzoic acid is added to the nic salt for the following reasons:
1) To lower the pH of the salt to give a smoother hit. Nicotine is alkaline so by adding an acid it helps neutralise the pH.
2) To enable the salt to be vapourised at a lower temperature
3) It brings about a chemical reaction that allow the salt to be more readily absorbed by the nicotinic receptors.
My personal experience though is that with high strength nic salts i can taste the benzoic acid. It's a lot more pronounced in juices i know and have vaped as a "normal" juice.

Prime is better for films although you still have to pay for quite a lot of it (renting for 48 hours). Netflix is better for boxsets. If you can afford both then you can pretty much get rid of the tv tax.

Admin staff, isn't it time that this site utilised the Secure transfer protocol rather than the unsecure http by default? In this day and age where a lot of people use their phone to access web pages, the unsecure protocol enables MIM attacks as well as session hijacking. It'll be a tick box in the backend system that one of you lovely lot has to tick.

I've loved loads of tanks over the years but i've discovered a few things: 1) What you love someone else will hate. 2) Your latest tank is the best thing since sliced bread. 3) There will be a better tank out next week. 4) They all eventually leak. 5) The new style / design may not be better. They haven't changed much over the years for a reason. That said, i'm enjoying the Dead Rabbit RTA, Zeus Dual and surprisingly the one that comes with the smok species mod. All that coming from a self confessed squonker |

PUMPKIN SEEDS ARE TWATS!!!
After Halloween i decided to utilise the pumpkin that i never got around to carving to make a pumpkin pie (i've never had it before). Cue seeds all over the floor and an ultimate melt down whilst trying to pick them up. The missus thought that someone had died by my reaction to the inability to get these things up off the floor. Slippery! Holy shit, they make teflon feel like super glue. I'll report later when i've decided that pumpkin pie is horrible and i've thrown it in the bin.

I've been using a couple recently that are similar and easy to build on. The Zeus Dual RDTA and the Dead Rabbit RDTA, of the two i would recommend the Dead Rabbit, excellent flavour.

Looks like I'm flying solo this year, but the train should get me to Shrewsbury a little while before I'll be able to check in at the pub, so I'll definitely be around for drinkies on the Friday Now to work out how to get back on the Sunday  a non starter this year Bren ? Hopefully we'll get tim & Bluefish along too I'm not sure and thought it better that i didn't commit to something that i couldn't guarantee. I'm the newly elected Chairman of a football club and it's hugely time consuming. If i do go it will be back up and down in one day. |

All St Austell brewery pubs are vape friendly to a degree (company policy). That said, they get teasy if there's plumes of smoke being blown everywhere. Most of the pubs in Penzance are hit and miss and seem to change their vaping policy regularly so best to ask the bar staff. As it goes Penzance is a sh**hole, you could take a drive out to the First and last Inn (on the Lands End road near Sennen - nice beach as well). If you want to know about anything else in the area let me know.
