Hi

Lots of us have pointed this out to this vendor, who assures us he is getting different bottles soon. In the meantime, just cut the edge of the cap with a serrated knife and it should just screw off.

glenburnjany Twist the bottle not the top usually works, otherwise I pull up the top a bit & take a knife or scissors and cut through the blue seal once thats free its a lot easier to open them.

LiQuid took a bit of criticism about the bottles. Personally, I think it's good they are difficult to master.... can't be too safe. I think I just pressed down really hard like a medicines container. Glad it's sorted.

Push the top down hard and twist - it will then open!

These £1 liquids are proving real good value, last for ages while you stare at bottle, scratch head, hunt around the house for the electric drill/bowie knife/samurai sword lol. After all that you can read this thread and think "ahh thats how it's done". MP

Anybody still having problems with the bottles?, I would have thought by now they would have changed the bottles only just now I opened a new bottle and again it was a struggle and not only that but the stopper shot off and covered me in liquid as well as flooding my atty, this has happened to me now with three different bottles where the stopper has shot off and when I put them back on and tried to squeese some out it was only coming out in drips. Only thing is to decant I suppose into bigger bottles but it's annoying me now as I like their juices but the bottles are putting me off buying anymore.

I blamed being half asleep and no "four-eyes"... (glasses). I guess that'll teach me to not prepare in time... they're not the best, but in a rush they are seemingly impossible. Once opened, I've had no trouble, I must say.

I have had a lot of trouble with them - I tend to use BF and I (brute force and ignorance) and just rip the tops off. I discovered this method after I cut my finger trying to do the whole push-and-twist thing. Maybe LiQuid still frequents the boards and can give us an update.
