It's quite unbelievable how fast these 9 years have gone by.

If it wasn't for the amazing support and acceptance by the forum team and its members I would never have plucked up the courage to start up my own business. But long gone are the days when I was taking sack fulls to the sorting office each evening.

However I never really began for my own interests, but because I wanted to be able to spread the word and provide an extra outlet as the word @vaping@ wasn't really heard of back in 2010. To know that I was able to bring some new products and new flavours to the market was a personal achievement.

But most of all, the kind words and support on this forum, could not be bettered elsewhere. The time and efforts of all those involved is so much appreciated, but most of all I thank the loyal customers who are still hooked to the Butterscotch and Caramel

I have to say the most memorable times has been speaking to customers over the telephone and hearing that I have helped them, especially a customer, Mary who quit smoking after 60 years. To hear stories such as those is so gratifying as that was the reason I began this journey.

More importantly though, it was this very same forum that helped me to quit the cigarettes in January 2011 and feel so much healthier for it. The fact that over 3 million have now quit in the UK is a testament to the hard work of forum staff such as those in this very delightful & friendly forum.

I thank you All for your support, it really has been a great journey both here and in the Spanish years.

As customers will know, new selling guidelines in relation to e-liquids and vaping devices
came into force on Sunday 21st May 2017 and as a result the strengths and sizes of
bottle sizes were restricted.

We continued to trade for as long as was viable, in line with these new restrictions,
selling zero nicotine products only. But the time has come to pull down the shutters,
on what has been an amazing 9 year journey and it has been an honour to receive
