You aint thick we were all new once a VV really is a Variable Voltage E-Cig Generally a tank is a large vessel incorporating a cartomizer with a couple of holes in the side to absorb fluid from the tank to the cartomizer keeping it filled the tank being the resovoir that needs less filling I.E 3ml tank with a cartomzer will run for rhree times longer than a Cartomizer with a 1 ml fill limit. thus less filling times and easy fill option

That makes it all clear now, thank you. Can you get different tanks to fit different Cartomizers? Do you have to buy the cartomizers seperate? I have ordered some Boge 510's, can you get tanks for them?
Sorry for all the questions...
Ivan

Ivan the most commonly available is the smoktech DCT tank which take dual coil cartomisers (tank i have pictured above) and are too big for the standard size boges. you can extend the size of the boges with a 510 to 510 battery adapter or cut down the plastic tube. the only one that i know of that is available in the UK for the standard size boges is the lil mama tank

Ivan, don't ever apologise for asking questions That's the main reason we are all here, & if folks didn't ask questions we would all just end up talking among ourselves Oh hang on, we often do that as well - brilliant community side to the forum

Thanks Chrissie, I'm using the search as much as I can to try and answer my questions. Being a member of a many different forums, some for many years, I know how tiresome it can be for noobs to ask the same question over and over. Just trying to be polite...

Ahem, there are also 'specialist' tank systems too, by this I mean an atomiser that cannot be used in any other system apart from the one it was designed for, an example of this is the 'Rok Star'. I am sure that Gordy just omitted these for the sake of a shorter and much more concise answer, but it would be remiss of me not to mention them to you, as yet another option. RSR

I just gave into temptation (20% code helped) and ordered one of the new TW tanks to try. Went for the lime green one. Will have to get a purple one for Bel if she likes mine
