Morning all I've been asked to help a good friend's missus get started on their vaping journey and need your help.. I'm thinking 20w istick mini nautilus pack of bvc heads and obviously some juice. Would that be a good setup for a newbie? I love my istick but I've never used an Aspire tank so not sure Vape Escape is the only place I've looked thus far at £60.20 + liquids, where else would be good to look? Many thankyous

i would try go for the 30watt istick as 20w has threading problems and with not having sprung loaded 510 they may damage by screwing in to far

We've been using the iStick 20W for a couple of months. With the bending adaptors and occasional lubricating there have been no threading issues.
However the lack of step down voltage means sweet liquids give a burnt taste even on the lowest setting.
I've read that the 30W fires lower so that would be a better buy.
Nautilus Mini for me as it's the only tank I use now.

You might struggle to find a 20watt istick in stock as the 30 & 50 watts are just hitting the shops. I have a couple of 20 watts ones and find the threading is poor so I would suggest you go for the 30 watts one I use aerotank mini clones on mine and find them perfect. I have bought different ego adaptors and have them permenantly fixed very easy to do just a little bit of a business card jammed down the side of the 510 connector. The 30 watt istick have different 510 connectors so should be better. Hope this helps

My only worry is lack of back ups which is where the old starter kits with two tanks and batteries can be helpful. I rarely leave the house without two of everything.

I'm with aliscampbell, Dan, as we all know it's better to have two of everything. Maybe a cheaper set up as a back up, something like a Spinner/mini iStick & clearo? PT2's are £7.99 on MyePack.
