Hi the charger I use a little USB charger which charges one battery at a time and takes about six hours which is a right pain especially when I have two little ones to charge though they don't as long as the bigger ones ( sony ones ) when you have two to charge its a pain as I can't just leave batteries charging and go out same with the Sony ones, I've seen you can get plugs that you can put the USB cable into so it goes in the wall not the computer are these okay to use ?? Will it be quicker ?? And is there a certain kind like 1A that you have to use please , sorry for all the questions don't want to blow my self up

It's not a good idea to go out and leave any batteries charging unattended.

Could I use a 1A power source ( plug ) to put my USB charger in please ?? My tablet has broken today and I'm using my phone which is playing up so couldn't get all the link sorry, if you think I'm best just getting a charger you just plug in with out the USB I will thank you

Stop. From what I've read you're trying to charge 18650 and 18350 batteries with an ego (screw on) charger?
(that's what I read it as, going through the thread to get my head straight)
It's good to be wrong sometimes.
Have a look at the lable underneath the charger. Have a look for the input. The figure you need is the ***mA or *.*A rating.

It has all the magical electronic wizardry to detect what battery is in it, what chemistry type, voltage and charge required etc. Works with all the usual mod batteries, 18650,18350,26650 etc. Not eGos though obviously.

A dual slot charger will always be better. Was just wondering whether the usb powered charger she has now would benefit from a higher supply. I wouldn't think so tho, most of these go 500mA max.

I found the box its a xstar mc1 intelligent charger and it is 500mA so I don't think it would of benefited from a 1A power source , I just noticed your other post and had to giggle even I ( and that's saying something ) wouldn't try to charge my mod batteries with a ego charger though I wouldn't put it past some people ha ha, you must of thought what is that woman trying to do
