Well it's charged 100% and still vapes, no idea what volt/watt it is set at and cannot change it. Apart from dismantling the whole battery I have no clue what has happened and why the buttons will not light up the screen.

Mines playing up too, do not think it's lead, I use several different depending where i'm in house or office, just do not think the minis very durable, after a week mines losing charge within the hour and recharging in under that time if display to be believed.

I can't make any promises, but I'm willing to have a look. Or, as you've not had it very long did you get it in the UK? If you did have you tried contacting the Vendor? Charging the Isticks on ANY USB lead should not make a difference as the charging circuitry is in the device so it does not matter which lead you use. Send me a PM if you want me to look at it.

Sorry folks....The error is mine. Just remembered a couple of days ago I dropped one of my batteries on the floor in the kitchen (stone tiles). That it the one obviously, but I just forgot about it, something dislodged somewhere inside no doubt, still it is connecting with the clearo's, so I will carry on using it just don't know what v/w it is. Thanks for your input though folks, much appreciated.

A lead is a lead and a charger is a charger. Trouble is some devices don't explicitly state that the charger is in the mod and some leads have a useless appendage that makes it look like it might be a charger.

I am, therefore I claim the crown! I charged my mini eleaf with an istik usb lead , totally oblivious of my mistake until I came to use it. The control buttons don't work ,no idea what watts I am trying to vape at, just burning my mouth really bad first draw, tastes of perfume from juice I have been using today on other i stiks with iclear16 clearo. Guess I have buggered it, it was the first one I bought, my beautiful cerise. Have you tried a 2.1 Ohm head? If it is stuck on maximum output (6 Volts?) then you would need to recoil or have someone friendly recoil a head at about 2.8 to 3 Ohms... lower if the maximum is less than 6 Volts. All is not lost.

Worth checking the little panel where the switches are located, I dropped my Smart20 (iStick clone) from about 6" the other day, the black panel flew off and the little silver buttons did a dance across the floor, luckily enough I could find the bits but when I had a look the buttons are held in by the black panel which is itself held by a little bit of double sided tape!!! so it could be possible that you have dislodged the buttons BEHIND the panel, got to be worth a check

Already had the Council out to check my boiler, hot water wasn't getting hot enough, he laughed when he walked in and said 'it's Friday the 13th what do you expect! He is aware of my phobia, we had a good laugh, AT me.

I had a change midweek from my usual GTV of dna40 + subtank, swapped the subtank out for my lovely old Taifun GT that has been my standby for donkeys (pre-dna40). As you know the Taifun's a metal tank RBA. Tooted it for a rather long time, then thought 'this isn't as good as I remember! Damn I've been spoiled by Subtanks' and put it aside for the Kanger. A little later, my 1 brain cell kicked in and on opening the Taifun, it was empty, drier than a Gobi desert. What a thicko.
