Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection

The immediate concern is the coronavirus and surely it is worth trying. I've no idea how to make a Twitter Bomb etc but maybe somebody here does.

ps call me a cynic but I'm fed up of this wash your hands / masks don't work. You mainly get it on UK sites, I think it is politicians speak for "We don't have enough masks and can't be assed to do anything about it". The media is pretty pathetic, rotweillers on politics, pussy cats on Coronavirus - just not challenging anything.
