Changing your browser on an apple device makes no difference, all you are doing in effect is rebranding safari. Apple do not allow any other browser to run. It looks different, has chrome written all over it but is still safari dressed in different clothes. This goes for any browser you find in the App Store.
I'm having this problem constantly. It will still happen to people who "change browser" just have to wait for pro boards to solve it. I almost guarantee it will have something to do with the load time of the banner adds
