Haha ! So you are living in France and don't even speak french ! What a shame I try to improve my english. Registering to UK speaking forums can help (to my mind). I was wondering something. There is tons of B&M stores in France but what about United Kingdom. Is there a store every 100m ? And what about vapers, how many vapers in the UK ?

I can get by with speaking French but I'm not good at all with writing it ! I should have paid more attention all those years ago at school ! I am going to have some classes with a guy (English) who is a French teacher when he is next over at his house in the village. I don't go over to the UK much these days but from the few days I was there over Christmas I wasn't aware of as many B&M shops as there are here. I'm amazed (and very pleased) at just how many have sprung up in the area I live (Aude) over the last couple of years. I did see a couple of people vaping whilst in the UK but again I probably see more over here.

From what I hear France is about a year ahead of UK Vaping, I was also told that TMAX export over 80% of Snake Oil to France

Absolutely. Tmax is very represented here in France but it's an awesome juice. To my mind, ecig market penetration is perhaps 1 year ahead of UK and there is certainly more vapers in France but you had better websites than ours for a long long time (cloud9, vapist, ecig wizard).
I remember a trip I made in London in 2013. I was astonished not seeing any B&M...Situation must have changed but it was really strange, cause 2013 was THE ecig year in France.

Greg , At the moment it isn't restricted. Vaping in public in 100% permitted and a lot of bars holders are vaping educated. There is no real problem with this and even "analogic" cigarette was banned only in 2008. Some small bars continue to authorize smoking, even if the law forbid this (I don't agree but that's not the point) This was a very nice situation...until our politics stick their noses inside vaping ! And french politics love to stick their noses in tons of things ! Our health minister decided to ban vaping in "certain" public areas. Public notion in France is not only reliant to administration buildings : everything can be public and that's a big juridic problematic to define properly something "public". That's our North Korea side. Concretely they will be able to ban ecig where it's needed. I don't think (I hope? ) vaping in bars will be forbidden (it would be a shame), but it will be in schools, churches, administration buildings, at work... Honestly who can think at vaping in schools or churches...
