I have a couple of these with my Nautilus with a 0.5 ohm coil and they run that great.

ive got 2 for sub ohming and im still here need i say more 0.2ohm 
but to be honist they do hit a lot better than the red efests on normal builds as well (kato and .7 kfl is still surprisingly good)
