I've just plowed through Asda, bagged my booze and cola and water and a pack of bread buns, one of those industrail sized packs so I'll have about ..... 30 spare!  I send man to our local butchers, suggested chicken skewers (thinking they'de be good all cooked and eaten cold next day) for some unfathomable reason he's brought me back burgers (frozen  ) tomato and beef sausages (I only eat normal chippolatas) and pork pieces in Chinese sauce (which I hate so am not bringing) I've been with him over 20 years ... at what point does he 1) listen to me 2) know what I like |

tree, barking, wrong... make a sentence I suspect he either discovered they don't have them and elected to get an alternative or (more likely) he didn't hear you... I've been married for 35 years and hardly hear a word she says now... but it's taken time, patience and practice. Doesn't prevent her rabbiting on, but at least I can filter the important bits out... Oh, I'm in sooooo much trouble now....  |

haha, I sort of know he doesnt listen to me Its a mix of both, he probably didnt see them on display and hasnt bothered asking butcher to get some out from the back  Still, I'm hardly going to eat 4 burgers and 15 sausages (or 30 buns) so there's plenty of spares |

I've just packed last minute panic items, another pair of pumps, incase my flipflops OR wellies wont suffice - and a hoodie (it gets cold at night)  Its absolutely boiling here! cant stand driving when cooking alive and clothes cutting into me so I'm in a strappy top and bra's in suitcase I'll dress a bit decently when I get there, I promise Have scared next doors delivery man by shooting out of my front door brandishing a pair of smirnoff bottles and waving them about like maracas (the vodka, that is) |
