I'm not going to mention his name, but he was right about Nitecore chargers. I've got an i2 and a d4 and both are brilliant bits of kit.

Got an i4, been going strong for 15 months now. If it goes belly up I would still buy another, for what I paid (£17:99) I've had my moneys worth.

Have a Nitecore D4 and the D2, both working flawlessly. Only very rarely do I hear of problems, but these are usually down to 'wear and tear' (and the occasional ham-fistedness). It makes sense that the negative connection, with it's related wire would be a weak point.

Always been fancying grabbing a nitecore d4 but until the pila gives up the ghost I've avoided spending anymore. Then again the pila is built like a brick outhouse so I'll not be holding my breath. Damnit why won't you break...

Another plus for Nitecore I4 here. Almost solid use for over 2 years and never had a problem. If it ever gives up the ghost I'm also looking at the D4 as a replacement.

D4 user here. Been going strong a few months. Xtar xp2 before that, had 2 years use - still working. Kept as a backup as my life would all but end if the charger dies
