Buy the originals not just the clones

if it's the last one in europe - spend over the odds

And then start serious mixing

I know how you feel HaroldTheBarrel. I found out that once you were happy with all your gear and you know that you don't need anything else it's almost like needing another fix. That's why I have decided to give the mixing thing ago.

HaroldTheBarrel I know how you feel.

I spent a long long time trying everything, if something new came out I wanted to try it, I tried a whole plethora of juices in the last 3 years.

I was always looking for that one ADV liquid and that 'perfect' mod and atty combo...

I thought if I could just find that atty, that mod, that juice, I could get a few of the mod, a few of the atty, and a whole batch of the juice that I just reorder every month.

Whilst I have been through almost everything I can think of, I find I have my favourites, but the variety is what keeps it interesting.

I have some staple juices and I'm always trying a few new ones and it keeps it very interesting.

I'm kind of the same with mods, I have my faves, I've had vapoursharks, provaris, ipvs, sigeleis you name it. There is only one mod I've never sold on and I've used it almost every day... a black anodised nemesis clone

Atties I'm the same, I went through a mega kayfun stage but now I find myself using atlantis', drippers, orchids, depending on what is convenient

My point is that you can try new things, keep buying the latest stuff, but keep what works and don't feel you have to get more stuff just for the sake of it.

Like many others, DIY juice often keeps me busy and interested and you can do it all for pretty cheap. I have some one-shots and staple mixes that I can always rely on, then I usually have a couple of flavours I'm working on. Currently trying to get a decent 'reeses peanut butter cup' down.

Sorry about the essay... what a ramble!

keep the kit you're happy with, ensure you have backups, and stock the freezer with enough nic base to last you based on your life expectancy and mix your own juice

Well I'm going to have to buy something. The Smart 30 went back because it was faulty (known fault apparently, and they've been withdrawn from sale) and I've exchanged it for a 30 watt Istick, which is replacing a 20watt Istick I'm donating to a good cause.

So now my other fat tank looks daft and top heavy perched on top of an Istick and I need a box mod of some description.

Probably going to be an IPV Mini
