The dog's name is Pandora lairey, the Rescue Centre named her that and I haven't changed it as she responds well to it .  . . though I tend to call her Pandz.

The car is yet to be named.

Pandora is a lovely name Perps... I would shorten it to Pandz too... all my pets have had their names shortened to single syllables.

As for the car, mine is called Bessie... because Mr Lairey wanted to call her Big Backside, as she seems quite well proportioned at the rear... I vetoed that, so Bessie Backside was the compromise!

I think I would have as well lairey.

Pandz will love the new motor I think as I'm going to have her tethered down on the back seat, rather than being behind a dog guard. Though she travels very well and is happy just to sit quietly looking out of the window.

A little different to when she's out and about on a walk it has to be said - I swear there's greyhound in there somewhere!

Said my goodbyes to the Old Girl on Thursday  . . . . and welcomed the New Pupmobile into the family.

Pandz wasn't that impressed to begin with, despite colour co-ordinating the doggy seat belt with the car.










The views from all angles were thoroughly inspected . . .

Definitely not amused jess . . . she'd rather be in the front seat, but that's not happening lol.

Just to prove we don't spend all our days in a car or dossing, Westonbirt Arboretum has become a regular haunt of ours:

They also have a really nice cafe area, so I have a piece of their yummy ' medicinal ' Chocolate Fudge Cake - whilst Pandz has a Westonbirt doggy biccie after our walk.

We know how to live it up.
