you can vape at HeathrowTerminal 5 now Yay!

I have just travelled from Heathrow to Kuwait, Terminal 5, (yesterday in fact) and just as you go through to the security check area it states "No Smoking" and underneath that it says that vaping is allowed until you go through to your gate number, great aye...over the moon, so that is just what I did, but I didn't see anyone else vaping, maybe they didn't see the sign it's near where you get your plastic bags to put your small containers etc in, can't think what the items are called now , help me out someone please!

Hooray, an airport with some sense

You know I haven't a clue about our airports over here - I'm a frequent visitor to Tenerife South's airport often collecting friends when they arrive, but I've not seen any signs whatsoever about vaping, only smoking. I've never vaped in the airport and I've never seen anyone else vape in there either - I wonder what would happen if I did vape there next time I go - the Police are normally always around, not sure if I want to take the risk though, not with our Police - they've got guns I might be digging my own grave

I have just been onto their website and this is what they say

Passengers are permitted to use electronic cigarettes within our premises, however, these should not be used beyond the gate area. Where you are intending to carry cigarettes in your hand luggage, please check with your airline to ensure they are allowed on board the aircraft

Gatwick are not very with it, we had to stand with the bloody stench of smokers, I may sue for the damage to my health !
