i ordered an unusually small parcel for me from chefs vapour a couple of days ago received this morning only ordered some koolada and red hot cinnamon concentrate but inside my parcel I found a twilight concentrate.

Twilight is my fav adv I have been buying premixed 50ml at least once if not for twice with a month for past few months.

I opened the package this morning and my words were I love you Chefs Flavours Lew than you so much, I have been trying to recreate it myself have come close but this is brilliant. 

Off to to make a large bottle of twilight up now.

Made my year Q I emailed them a couple of days ago and asked if they would be selling them, they told me if they had enough in stock would go on website over 24 hours so have been keeping my eye out, and then i got this, this morning

That sounds great but I wish I was as happy as you with Chef's Vapour lol.

First order was fine, posted quite quickly too. The second order they sent an out of date bottle of concentrate, but was told it wasn't. My third order they sent 10ml bottles instead of 30ml. Back to customer service

That's not like them if I ever had a problem they were on it immediately had a few bottles that leaked don't know if they changed bottles as they felt more flimsy but they sent me replacements and then some. Purple haze got replaced with 30 ml and a 50 ml

The 10ml bottles keep postage costs down. A 30ml is classed as bigger parcel or something, is my understanding. I'm happy enough with 3 x 10 mls when I order 30mls of anything. Fits through the letterbox!
I want to know when RYWhore concentrate will be back in stock

They sometimes have problems, probably caused through tiredness, after all it's a 2 man outfit, but I have found that once contacted they soon put things right, and it's nice to get the odd prezzie from them, especially when you are not expecting it.

It's a good idea for the most part, but what I meant to type was that I'm missing 40ml of concentrate.  They sent 10ml instead of 30ml of each (so paid for 60ml and got 20ml).  I didn't know it was a 2 man band, I may let them off (a little)

Message them on the site. They'll sort it out no bother. Just resolved my problem. Pita but can't fault their customer service

Just an update for my last order with CV. They sent out 2 x 30ml of concentrate and let me keep the 2 x 10ml they sent accidentally. Over the moon!

CV sorted out my problem promptly. Emailed them Monday and received 100mil concentrate today plus I get to keep the 10mil. Just as well as I made up on Sunday!

I want to say thank you too Chefs Flavours Lew and Chefs Vapour Karl Twice I order concentrates,both time arrive very quickly.Today's package arrive with additions 3 sweeties-fruit salad,black jack and rhubarb and custard.Very nice touch.
