The true affects of smoking...with proof!

hello guys,

so a little history behind my personal experience with smoking...

i quit smoking for 4 years (cold turkey) back in 2004, i met vicky in 2006 and she went on to fall pregnant with alfie in december 2007, i then decided that was a great time to take up smoking again   we went on to have alfie and continued to try for another child for 5/6 years without any luck and decided that i would have the snip and we would settle and be content with our healthy child.
before i booked in to have the snip we decided we would both have tests to see if any reason could be given for the lack of results...i found out all my "swimmers" were in bed asleep and def not swimming anywhere and vicky found out she was no longer producing eggs. 
with those results i kind of put the snip on the back burner as clearly it wasn't going to matter either way.....i then quit smoking with the help of vaping 0n december 13th 2013 and vicky ended up losing a bit of weight ( she isn't large just lost a stone).

in march 2014 we found out she was 4 weeks pregnant   which was obviously a massive shock!! which led to Edie being born December 5th 2014


































This month we found out vicky is pregnant with our THIRD!! and is 8-10 weeks gone 

if anyone was in any doubt the difference that can be made leading a healthier lifestyle I'm pretty sure this is proof....after a further test it turns out my "swimmers" have not only decided to wake up but feel the need to make up for the lack of activity for the past 6 years!!!

Mentioning 'the snip' brought back memories of my time when they still used a rusty saw and a pair of pliars, and an attractive nurse next to me, cracking jokes, as a distraction. I'm sure it's changed by now!
