Be selective with what you buy from any Chinese Vendor and by & large you ought to have a trouble free experience pipeman01. Pre-Sales from them all have been the source of much forum angst at some time. Which is precisely why this new rule has been extended:

Have 2 joyetech on order and sigelei 75 watt temp control have been processing for 10 days now, contact gearbest customer support telling me 5 to 7 days now. why advertise stuff you do not have in stock?

Forgive me smokingaces for interjecting whilst you are asking a question.

But, I've really had enough of the snippy, unconstructive and on occasions downright rude posts that continue to appear on this Vendor's thread.

Whatever issues there are with this Vendor, or any other for that matter UK or overseas - there is no excuse for rudeness and disrespect, not when a company employee is doing her best to resolve any problems people have with their orders.

These bad manners are made even more unforgivable when the posters themselves do not have any ongoing issues.


As a result, I have done some housekeeping and will start to issue infringements from now on, if I see any further disrespectful behaviour of this nature.


Please take this as a warning . . . . if anyone cares for some further debate on the topic, my Inbox is available.
