Hello friends, Its obvious that this is a big mistake, the cost is around $38 to be honest. Gearbest are a bloody good place, mistakes happen, accidents happen, that's life, it certainly won't stop me from buying from them, if the price is that low I would be expecting a refund anyway but was worth the try lol

isabel22 I don't know what's going on but your company getting worse and worse. Virtually no customer support at all: 1. I order a VTbox DNA200 which exploded in my hand nearly burning me and all I've been told is "no warranty" and $15 compensation for a product that cost $160. I swore no more orders from GB but... 2. Few days ago made another order from the promotions and all ordered was in stock and been dispatched on time. I was happy until today another email from your support team that there is no Cthulhu V2 E-Cig RTA Atomizer on stock which is part of my order. And that is after my order have been dispatched. So far so good...no stock understandable .... but GB cannot refund to Paypal my money...that I can't understand. I've been offered a GB points in compensation or another product for the same money....and that I call fraud. I think Paypal will be interested in such a selling practices very much. I demand full refund for the atomizer not GB points and other BS. I'm not very big customer of yours but spend a $7-800 with you, but this was the end.....there is so many other FT, 3F, Efun with them I never had any problems with support nor selling products which are not in stock. Rant over.

isabel22what did you guys do to the ticket system its no longer working or loading, I try to read or make a ticket and it makes me login then refuses to load the page up......I do hope this is just a server error and not some change to wipe away all the in progress tickets ....
