isabel22 I don't know what's going on but your company getting worse and worse. Virtually no customer support at all: 1. I order a VTbox DNA200 which exploded in my hand nearly burning me and all I've been told is "no warranty" and $15 compensation for a product that cost $160. I swore no more orders from GB but... 2. Few days ago made another order from the promotions and all ordered was in stock and been dispatched on time. I was happy until today another email from your support team that there is no Cthulhu V2 E-Cig RTA Atomizer on stock which is part of my order. And that is after my order have been dispatched. So far so good...no stock understandable .... but GB cannot refund to Paypal my money...that I can't understand. I've been offered a GB points in compensation or another product for the same money....and that I call fraud. I think Paypal will be interested in such a selling practices very much. I demand full refund for the atomizer not GB points and other BS. I'm not very big customer of yours but spend a $7-800 with you, but this was the end.....there is so many other FT, 3F, Efun with them I never had any problems with support nor selling products which are not in stock. Rant over. For a matter of fact today my partial refund was made by GB. isabel22 your web system needs a complete reworking. All promotions and low prices are good stuff, but if you can't meet customers demand or you can't source enough stock, all you get is unhappy customers like me. Let your bosses know.

The device is here and running well. Slight problem with the colour - I ordered white n black and got red and black, but its OK with me as far it working well.

Did anyone notice a kind of a memory lost on the clone chip? Or glitch?
Suddenly today my Rose v2 set on .11 ohm started to produce a much less vaper. Watching the screen shows 19w 450F as it should be, but when pushing the button the watts don't go over 9.5w and its far from reaching TP mode. I changed the tank with .22ohm Aerotank mega - same thing happened. Only Robby's "hard reset" done the job.
Also after "hard reset" the chip needs 10-15sec to realize that in needs to go in temperature mode. This can burn any nickel wire in second if it is set to 30-40w.
The clone chip is OK but its far from the DNA40.

I ordered in Friday from 3fvape, Sat - dispatch, today landed in UK. Expect it tomorrow on my door. This is a Epacket from China post. If I consider the prices from 3F and speedy delivery - FT may loose my business quickly.

Can anyone tell me , please, where is the bottom of voltage protection of the clone? What voltage clone, if at all, says "weak battery"? BTW after waiting FC to restock nearly a week I end up ordering from 3fvape the new model with USB port. Paid a Epacket to UK for £3 to speed up the delivery a bit.

so it means KX-40D 12times per second check resistance dna40 670times per second check resistance. i think i can live with 12t/s as whole vaporflask cost the price of only dna40 board. Not necessarily so matie33, the clone is taking action at 12 times a second, then it is switching the power off and on 12 times a second. It is probably checking the resistance many times more than that. That's true. The last image robby posted with fully saturated wick shows that. The thickness of the line actually is ups and downs but for very short time so the program draws them as thick line. Opposite will be single thin line going up and down for 12 times per second, which will be drawn differently by the program. So I think we have very good clone. Other thing is how long it will last.
