A little something to make sure of, in case you DO ring up and get a better deal. The Merican bint said I'd get a new policy by email, that was hours ago and still it's not here. Of course if I'd rang on the last day and "ooh the email didn't go out" I'd have been automatically recharged at the full rate. You have to assume that they're ripping you off.
My email back to Admiral :
"I have not yet received confirmation of my new quote, either it is arriving by snail mail or the lady I spoke to hasn't sent it.
Please send it to this email within 72 hours or I'll cancel.
