Personally i would go with a recognised brand and at least a Class 10 one but you would probably get away with a class 6. Treat SD cards like Hard Drives, don't buy cheap and try not to get a massive one that could lose a ton of photos if it has a hissy fit. Better to buy 2 smaller ones than one whopper. I personally use Sandisk Extreme 4's: Sandisk ExtremeThanks for the advice sandisk extreme it is then. Bought the camera today just waiting on it charging up

Just bought a sandisk ultra micro card for my tablet as that is now my video editor so moving files is now super fast. The extreme will be just as good and perfect for a camera.
