Topping up a carto

I just angle my riva and drop to the inside wall of the carto so it hits the wadding, I've never unscewed the carto from the battery when topping up (only the first fill up soaking).. or occasionally to blow it if I over filled etc..so far not had any probs but some of the juice does occasionaly leak out the bottom of the carto..though like Des says It usually gurgles when that happens cuz I overfilled it..
