im not one to normally have a dig at a vendor

i placed an order with vape.co.uk on the 7th of april first class sighed for and i have tryed to email them and tryed to contact them on facebook but nothing is this normal anyone know 

i know vendors are busy and stuff but i can not even find a phone number to phone them on to talk about it

is it just me hveing bad look lol

Have a dig, teethcv & sorry you're having problems. It seems they're yet another vendor that hasn't bothered to look into the legalities of an online business, as they don't have full DSR/CCR's. Unlike the decent vendors that are on here.

If they're not too busy and stuff to take your money then that's no excuse... I'm quite busy myself, earning money to buy vape gear.....I expect a reply to an email and a phone to be answered.

they sent me some shit excuse about its a problem with royal mail and the back log from Easter and they are struddleing let me tell them i have worked at a royal mail depot and they sort not delver 7 days a week so this is bull shit lol

all i can say is if there not here tommorrow paypal claim going in

getvape was another company a while back it was a Subscription service

and that was all a farse also i remember there con of first month free but
money would come out before arrival same excuses back then blaiming
royal mail and there suppliers
sorry cant remember what it was called before

thanks jess thats the one all i had was problems with them 2 times first time took a month to sort
gave em a chance once more as they gave me a nice offer but in the end i had my cash back

To be fair teethcv that is a legitimate issue at the moment and is every Easter and for a couple of weeks after.

Our levels of emails chasing up orders has increased by about 30% as usual.

Hope you get your stuff soon though, regardless.

The fact they don't deliver over Easter means there is a backlog of deliveries macmagoo just the same as when they don't deliver on any Bank Holiday, Christmas etc.

We have an account with them and get forewarned of likely delays and bottlenecks in the system.

It doesn't help get it delivered any quicker though - RM are just a crap business full stop
