NV smok tank vc1 coil issue

I bought a nv smoktank vc1 coil off a member on here (she is aware of this issue) it was only a week or so old and I bought her twnk from her along with this coil.  I punts wick in this coil, screwed it in the twnk filled tank up and put it on atty, next time I came to fill it up I noticed that I had a little bit of trouble screwing the coil back on to th chimney, th I noticed the screw threads were missing and were in fact at the top of the chimney, hadntomget some pliers to get the extra bit out of the tank see pic of coil. Has anyone else come across this problem with the nv coils.

I have good news they have finally got back to me and been really nice and are sending a replacement today ,so as soon as it arrives I shall pop it first class your way. So sorry this happened so soon but at least there doing the right thing and replacing it so " thumbs up" for nature vape
