I too can vouch for excellent service from Amar at pipedreamsuk. I ordered a few premium juices I had been meaning to try during a site wide discount event last week.
When they landed one of the bottles had is smashed en route. I emailed them and received a reply within an hour offering a replacement or a refund. Literally whilst I was typing my reply Amar phoned me to discuss, asked my thoughts on packaging and what I wanted to do to resolve. He wasn't sure whether he had another bottle of the same juice but a short while after he emailed me a list of all available replacement juice and the original one at a different strength. I made my choice and he posted it at the first opportunity the day after and that one arrived safe and sound....with much improved packaging. Great service and I'll certainly be going back. You can have confidence in this vendor
