Mechanical mods

The iStick is the mod.  You need an atty for that, or a mod for the EMOW (I'm guessing that's the tank, been so long since I kept up with tanks).

As far as attys go, the Kayfun Lite is still my favourite.  Although the flavour from the Rose V2 is excellent.

As for mechs, there are so many nice ones out there, you can take your pick.  A Nemesis is a good starting place though.  Nice and simple, yet looks good, and can accommodate all battery sizes and a kick if required.

Kato clone would be ok, one 18650 battery, m vapes have got one on their site, on the discount page for £20 with free delivery, shame I've already got two or I would had it myself.
