I really do recommend Capella's Horchata... its stunning.. doesnt need a steep . I mix Horchata 7% with 2% Sweet Cream and 2% Vienna Cream . Deeeeeeeeeelicious...

Excellent, many thanks lairey - my first batch is already on the way! Talk about creamy... I'm guessing this is a deluxe off-shoot from 3tern1ty's original cream and coconut base that headed in a similar direction in v2 and v3.
