I attempted to drill out one of the smaller airholes over the weekend. The drill bit snapped, flew off but not before taking of part of my thumb with it! Be carefull! From now on, I am only going to buy my kayfuns from particular vendors that I know have the larger airhole clone...it's not worth the hassle! And don't worry, another die hard kayfun user here lol I had the same problem with snapped drill bit, it happened on the last of 4 I did. In hind sight doing it sat at the kitchen table wasn't such a good idea, as the drill snapped into 3 and a little bit dropped down between my big toe. Being paralysed from belly down, I didn't feel it and it left an almighty blister. My mrs is trying to ban me from the drummer. P.S tried to add a picture but don't know how.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I got cobalt drill bits, followed decoy tips and drilled at slow speed using VG as a coolant/lubrication and drilled to 1.5 with no problemos
