The London & South East meet - venue needed!

Firstly thanks Phoenixflame (Julie) & jessica for all your efforts they are very much appreciated. I am more than happy to donate £1 or 2 and forgo food, 3 meets ago dagl, OneDay & I snuck out to McDoggies and I didn't notice any food at the last venue.

That venue looks great Phoenixflame (Julie). Only 5 mins walk from Goodge Street station. As VapingBad said, not too worried about food and there are bound to be places nearby to eat if anyone wanted to.

The function room is quite nice, its a bit of an odd L shape though. Any preferences for dates ? We know they have 23rd May available but that's a bank holiday weekend, so I presume that would not suit some people ?

Venue looks fine to me, food is no issue. Plenty of eateries around there
The £1 donation is not an issue

Only reason I won't get there is if it's a workday and I can't get time off. We're 3 people short due to 2 deaths and a promotion
When are you thinking of setting the date for?

I couldn't come up with any venues cos I rarely venture into central london these days, not a big drinker really so rarely visit pubs

No problem at all about not coming up with venues blakey, not sure about dates yet maybe 23rd May if that suits people (but its a bank holiday weekend) or perhaps the following week or sometime in June ? We will ask tomorrow what dates the pub is available.

Just remembered, last time I was in the Hole in the Wall, one of the chaps behind the bar was a vaper, they have a small room that I know the Waterloo RMT use for meetings, don't know if they would be willing.

Best we don't have the meet on 23rd then.  Must admit I am not too keen on that date anyway as its a bank holiday weekend.
