Not that I'm in any position to tell people how to run their business, but shutting down while they still have orders to process is pretty shoddy. How hard would it have been to get the orders out of the door before the holiday?

I'll stop moaning now, I'll feel quite guilty if my order has been shipped!

, basically what your saying is impossible if they are to have any holidays at all. They're will always be orders to process and I'm sure a huge backlog due to the holiday.
