For protank heads I use the kuro coiler from ft the 2mm 6 wraps for 1.8 ohms, however I do 7 wraps and unwind the one from the hole that you hold the wire down. Remember no pressure at all on the rotating bit! prr what size (gauge) wire are you using please? .25mm Des, sturdy enough and not too springy

prr what size (gauge) wire are you using please? .25mm Des, sturdy enough and not too springy I could never get my FT Kuros to play ball with 30AWG for pro tank/nautilus sized coils - wire just kept over wrapping itself. They work fine with 26 gauge but not much use for a pro tank head.

dreamylittledream the first couple I tried with .25 mm overwrapped themselves, but that was me putting too much lateral pressure on the cap. Just left the device to do it's own thing, no inward pressure at all and it wraps really tight coils. Used to do them by hand around a former but these are infinitely better! Forgot to add screw placed in the innermost hole.

DiscoDes I use 0.25 kanthal and do the same - just 7 wraps for about 1.8 ohm
