I am very close to Boro, I am slightly confused by the whole Cloud Café thing is it just people seeing who can produce the biggest cloud ? or am I missing something shinyitis oops, just seen your post. They sell loads of mods, tanks, juice, do a great cappuccino plus there is cake and other similar tasty stuff. I was in the facebook group for a while, and went to one of the 'help days' they ran. As far as I know, there's a weekend event now and then arranged, sometimes in the form of a 'help day', sometimes a cloud competition. If you want to google the mass vapour facebook page, you could message them to ask for details of the group. i've lost the details/new facebook, or'd pass them on.

Thanks for the link tim. I think that's the best price I've seen on my travels, UK-wise, so it should set you up ok before going away.

i bought 1 of the biguns phatfil linked when i was a bit green about all things subtank. i thought they were all the same till it turned up and try as i may i couldnt get it in the mini . its been sat in the knick-knacks draw ever since. thought i might finally have found a new home for it lol. How do you think i found em so quick, it was from my past orders page on FT hehe.. kittyvape may be interested in your spare? she took mine off my hands.. Thanks for tagging me phatfil. Very nice of you, and I definitely was in hamster mode back then with the ones you had for sale, lol. Thanks again for those. Tbh, I've been using large 7ml subtank+'s for ages now; sheer luxury of minimum pit stops, plus they're black tanks and look great with devices. I'm storing the subtank, minis, and any kit for them, just in case, with us all waiting to see how things pan out this year. So I'm pretty stocked up, but thanks again. Would have liked to help out by buying it, too. Would definitely have gone for it if it'd been a mini/+ base.

I understand the original usp's included quality and well-priced juices, and that things are expanding well, which is great. I mean nothing bad in saying this, but it just doesn't feel right to have said about new flavours so long ago and then bring in just before releasing them that they'll be more pricey. I understood the change to Worldpay, about adding £1, and things changing from always being next-day arrival, but really do think a lot of people are going to get fed up with the long delays and then unexpected further price increases. Obviously, you have the right to make whatever changes you want, but it's vital how things are done. If juices had only been announced when ready, a set date, and that they were premium priced, it would have saved people feeling messed about. Again, I'm truly not trying to be nasty; surprised, and concerned a lot will stop buying. Can't put a price on good clear communication to customers. And it's not fully clear; are no new flavours going to be £6? Might a little competition, or special offer on releasing the premium new flavours, make customers feel better, plus marking the event in a bigger way, kind of celebrating the new year and new range? Happy Christmas too! We have had to buy and make the machinery to deal with all the new juices so that is why the price increase and it has taken all this time in getting the flavours right. A lot of work has gone into making these perfect. Not to mention personal issues we have dealt with. There will be new juices in the £6 bracket, along with the new "Premium Range". The juices in this range, you will find will be cheaper than anywhere else for the taste. They will not disappoint! We can only apologize that it has taken forever, or if people think we are greedy. In truth, we may be out of pocket with the cost and time spent on building the machines. Whilst many companies buy these, we have built these from scratch with our own hands, plus having no experience in doing such things. A lot of blood, sweat and tears but if it makes it easier, it has been worth it It's a dog eat dog world and we have had to do our best to match up to the best in the industry. Thank you to those who have been patient and have stuck with us. We send love and best wishes for the coming holidays and the best of luck to you all for 2016 Great to know some of the new juices will be in the £6 bracket; thanks for posting about that. I wasn't implying greed, but just about that when really necessary changes are brought in with good clear communication, that's good all round. Good wishes for the new year.

I've settled on the mvp3 pro (tank isn't placed over power button, so leaks can't get to it like they can with the istick 50w) and black subtank+ (7ml) ... got both from myepack. Not myepack's fault, but the rba base in the subtank+ had a faulty screw; Ash kindly sent a new one. You can stock up on the subtank mini/+ bases easily from FT. Otherwise, you can use the standard coils. About leaking, if you use the rba, I use more wick than advised and really pack it into the 'corners'. Always good to have at least two devices, so I hope this is helpful.

Deluded buffoons. Acting out authority, tell them you havent signed anything that says you cant vape, Tell them you will be seeking legal advice and they better have signed papers, if you and your colleagues are none the wiser its the company that needs to step up their game and not you. If you are to lose your job make them look stupid. Write to your local MP if the union wont intervene Agree totally. Reading through, they sound really awkward and arrogant, types who like to think they're 'big' and lord it over anyone about anything. It's definitely suspicious it took them half an hour to find the 'policy document'. Get all the back up you can and win. I would, as they haven't a leg to stand on. You signed nothing, didn't know, weren't sat vaping all over them in work hours or anything at all they could criticise. They're clearly ignorant, as people and about vaping, so sod them!

Don't forget we gain an extra scrumptious hour tonight as the clocks go back . . . . to spend sleeping, eating, drinking, shopping - whatever our pleasure happens to be. I shall enjoy mine. Thanks Perpetua. Just seen your post and changed clocks ... better late than never. Getting too slow now, lol. Thanks for reminder.

There certainly seems to be a lot of interest in the new juices. I hate keeping secrets so it's been tough. Hopefully it won't be a let down hey MrDJ haha! And massive thanks for the backing kittyvape. It sure is tough and isn't only affecting our health, but our relationship too. We are hoping within 2 weeks for most to be on the site. The VAT is being added on the 1st too I know what you mean about keeping secrets, lol. Well done! And you're very welcome. Definitely right to prioritise your health and relationship. Couldn't agree more.

Aww thank you kittyvape. We have found that you can still use PayPal with WorldPay by ordering a PayPal Access card. It works as a bank card but uses your funds from PayPal. It's a simple enough thing to sort out. People aren't seeing the bigger picture and it is upsetting that we are putting so much time and effort into this for hardly any back. We are worn out, so needed to make things a little easier although we are busier than ever. The custom ratios has only been taken off the new range. They are all set mg and ratios as we wanted to get them all pre steeped and bottled up ready for the launch. The rest will stay the same (for now). You're very welcome, and the P.A. card sounds a great solution. I agree with what you are saying too, as, when people understand more about what is involved in running your new and successful business, the changes needed, and how that affects you personally, they can see that any changes are being made for many good reasons. There has to be fairness and balance, for sure, as nobody likes being overworked and under-appreciated; that just isn't right. When someone works so hard that their health is affected, and severe exhaustion, that clearly shows a dedication to customers. Great that so many orders are coming in, but you won't have the complications and concerns that were there previously. That's a really good deal for customers, that the previous flavours stay customisable, and that new flavours are ready to vape straight away ... really great! Makes perfect sense. Exciting to see which flavours are most popular, and to bring in new flavours too. Glad things are going so well.

things should quiten down a lot now you dont use paypal.. have a holiday phatfil I just wish I could show the figures from today. Quiet it never will be. And with the new flavours about to be released, all pre-steeped and all the worlds top selling juices at a fraction of their prices, I don't think we will EVER be quiet. exactly! and being so popular is proof that what you are doing is right. Who knows, Paypal has had quite a checkered history. Maybe everyone will be switching to Worldpay eventually. I've also seen elsewhere that you said some customers had been doing charge backs, opening cases after 2 days of orders not arriving, thus that was a reason for removing PP too. Also, being able to keep prices low, through removing PP with it's high fees makes total sense to me!

We have a 2nd change too being we've been taking some flavours off. Apologies if 1 of your favourites have gone. (some are controversial if you notice!) We have done this to get our new flavours on which aren't on yet but getting closer They will be pre steeped so we will be changing to set ratios and nicotine strengths. Ratios will be 50/50 and 80/20. Customisation will eventually be removed. We need to make changes to the way we operate otherwise the job will end up killing us with exhaustion! Hope you can all understand. I must come out and say I entirely understand. Having run myself into the ground for others, who always want more, the more you give, you absolutely must draw a line in the sand and do as is right for you. Your products are absolutely excellent, brilliant value for money. Your customer service and friendliness are lovely. Quick and reliable delivery is awesome too. If working so hard has made you ill (I am going through a big version of that myself), then you are doing too much and must make the changes that no doubt are very clear to make. It does not take much more time to fish out a bank card and use that. Maybe people are over busy nowadays, and need to slow down for a few minutes, and take another look at the changes being brought in. Accepting that a few minutes using a bank card is worth it for such great service and products, as well as knowing yourselves are not run into the ground with ill health and exhaustion, is definitely worth doing. xx

Can I take the £15 one, if I can pay via PP, gochef? (Can't get out to PO until Wednesday is why I'm asking re PP, unless you don't mind me sending payment on Wednesday). Recently got a black subtank+ and it's brilliant not refilling it so often, lol. Was wanting a silver, so thanks for listing these. May I ask if it will be 2nd, 1st, or recorded/next day?
