The lack of communication is bad - but it's also not right that they are advertising & taking money for goods they don't have in stock.

My paypal account says ive authorised a payment, but money will be paid once the vendor processes the order, I am non the wiser as to whether theyve got my money now or not, I would assume the order can only be processed when they have got the item in stock to sell, cheers Glen

From the sounds of it, they haven't got your money yet & if I was you, I'd start a Paypal dispute.

Vapor-Z logged in yesterday, but even though I tagged them in this thread they haven't bothered to reply

Checked vapor-z site this morning and It now says paid, May try them next week to see If they have got a firm date for delivery, and then take it from there,i know of at least one other member in the same boat, thanks for your help,

Again, they should not be advertising items for sale that they don't have in stock - they are now on my radar for keeping an eye on.

Pretty much the same as glen Chrissie ordered early in the week, haven't heard nothing, assumed item was in stock.

Hi all, there has been a delay in the shipping that was due into ourselves last Monday. We have spoken to a couple of people regarding their orders. I did log in yesterday but did not reply on here. Sorry if you have thought that we have been ignoring you that is not our intention. we can resolve this for you if you would like as the last time we spoke on Thursday you were happy. :-(
