That is ok i will refund your purchase no problem but the the email reply was to see what juice you wanted for gratis but its ok your refund is on its way. The 3 days you mentioned the email was went on Tuesday evening and we replied on Thursday morning. I appreciate this, but could I also refer your attention to the cover note I sent with the item, particularly the part which reads; "I'm not really bothered about a postage refund, although if you have any custard type samples you could put one in, if you don't have any sample sizes, don't worry about it." So, as you see I had already said I didn't want juice unless it was a sample. I explicitly stated this for a reason, and now I find that you didn't send it out the 2nd time you promised to because you were waiting for me to answer an email with info that I had already given. This communication, or lack of, is the most worrying aspect for me, and whilst I appreciate the refund, this whole thing has become a bit of a joke. May I respectfully suggest, and I'm really not having a go here, that you take more care when communicating with customers, because the fact you clearly either didn't read or forgot about my cover note indicates a problem. I am sorry you feel this way and i obviously cant change your mind, however the offer was there not for samples that we don't do offer but for a bottle of juice. I feel that communication has been crossed and us offering you this and no response has been part of the issue that we cant rectify. I did ready your cover note and keep all paperwork on file and just thought we would offer something for the inconvenience of having to send your item back. Sorry from all at Vapor-Z

Vapor-Z strange all those issues with scratches i assumed they used the same coating as the Fujin and mine hasn't gotten scratched up. Admittedly i have only used it at home so it hasn't been going in and out of pockets and stuff but even so it seems weird that the Rune would get scratched up in a box with a foam insert. That was our thinking but it seems somewhere down the line QC at finishing, packaging and the distribution side has failed. The ones that arrived flawless are that just flawless and we cant wait to get them back in. :-)

Hi there, CKS and Aria serials have never matched because the Kaze was the first project they did together and were well ahead of the fuji when they started to put them together. It is a great set i absolutely love it, it's a quality bit of kit throughout, the Kaze could use a little more airflow for my liking but that's personal taste. Have to admit this is putting me off from ordering from there again. I've only made one purchase there and that was a month or so ago i ordered my Fujin mod and Kaze RDA the serials didn't match as advertised by the manufacturer but personally i'm not that anal so don't care about that particularly. When i hear stories like this about poor customer service or lack of responses to complaints or issues though it makes me wary about ordering anything else which is a shame as i have had my beady eye on a couple of things. Hi washburn. Can you please send me your order number as the only return for a solara we have at the minute we have answered emails and are waiting back for an answer from the person. The email ws sent at 10.28 on the 22nd of october and we have had reponse back as yet. Many Thanks 2 emails sent and replied to on 9/10, a further email sent to say I would return the solara (no reply). Promise made that it would be in the post as soon as the return came, which I sent next day delivery. This didn't happen and I sent a further email that took 3 days to get a reply to with another promise that it was being sent out, and still no sign of it. The email of 22nd did not warrant a reply, and the item should have arrived by saturday at the latest assuming you send next day signed for as I did, which would seem a minimum courtesy. To be honest, I just want my money back now, and to buy from a reliable vendor who keeps promises. This does not explain the 4 or 5 times you ignored my requests for answers to my questions. I couldn't even get you to answer whether you received my order in the first instance.
My suggestion is that you answer people who contact you before losing more customers.
Lost another one here. Twice they've told me a new solara dna40 has been sent out/would be sent out, and still no sign of it after 10 days. If a vendor is having issues or simply busy and forgot, I would much rather they be honest than try and give me a load of old flannel, said flannel being especially offensive when emails aren't answered for days. Not to worry, there's plenty of other vendors who will be happy to take my money, but I will not be buying from these people in future. Hi washburn. Good Afternoon, I haven't been on the forum for a very long time maybe 3-4 months. I have logged on today as Hubcap has sent an email through to this link. I am surprised your email has not come through explaining that the 3.0mm Kuro Coiler had been damaged in transit and we were waiting for a A1 replacement to come through to us for you. We Never captured the money and cancelled the order upon your request :-( The Separate Issue with the PMMA tank we did offer a discount on a replacement as the tank had been used for 2 and half months, the email response we received was very final but we have gone back and had a discussion and are willing to offer a free replacement tank. I will try and log on more often as well going forward

The delivery that was due in last Monday never turned up. The stock was updated to the system on the Sunday with our delivery expected the day after. These items are an off the shelf item as we distribute these Out. Pre orders are set us as pre-order and occasionally as a company using couriers things fail.

I've edited our Vendor's List/ Discount thread richo71 . . . . there's nothing to stop Vapor-Z ( or any Vendor ) from adding their forum specific discount code to their signature. That's what i thought, when i first queried them on the dizzy code Thanks for clearing this up Perpetua

Last year I paid for my VTR , I4 , batteries and juice from Vapor-Z via paypal and I did it all while sitting down and chatting with the guys and girls that were there with Vapor-Z . I even left my new batteries on charge with Tan , while I was looking around the rest of the show and picked them up at the end of the day.I had no problems at all.I did all this via my mobile. So , in theory it's possible to do. Andy This Year we are buying a specific 4g modem for the area so should be even more seamless :-)
