Hi and welcome, I too am very new to e-cig's and this forum. I'm currently waiting for delivery of my riva 1100. Can't wait. Everyone on this forum has been so helpful. I just wish I had found it earlier. One question tho: when you went on holiday, if it was abroad, how didyou manage? By that I mean, the airport, the plane, how many carts did ya need, customs, e-liquid, batteries chargers and so on....... Hope you get what I mean. I'm off on my holidays in a couple of months and I'm not too sure how to go about taking my kit with me. E.g. .......e-liquid, in case they won't let me through with it. I'll be flying from Heathrow in a few weeks time, I shall have a Riva and possible my SD keyring in my hand liggage with a couple of pre filled cartomisers. All liquids and my chargers will be in my checked in luggage. I have flown with this setup quire a few times to Jersey and Spain. I may try a sneaky vape in the loo on the plane if I feel the need, I'm going to look into some stealth e-liquid (low vapor) to use for this purpose. You used to see it about but I can't recall seeing any recently. I'll start a new thread to see if anyone knows of any suppliers.

Doh! I've just noticed the other post about e-cigs and planes. Sorry. But hi and welcome all the same. Flipflop, don't feel you need to ever apologise for missing posts/threads. It's so easily done - no one could read every thread on the forum

A big welcome from me too dancing queen I'm a Riva fan too and new to the forum - 8 days since I got mine and I think its brilliant. I've not had or wanted a real cigarette since I got it on next day delivery from the fabulous Jason at Vape Escape. I know Jason and the other suppliers are running a business but they must get a huge buzz out of knowing just how many people they have helped to quit the dreaded weed. What a great business to be in

Hi, flipflop32 I didn't have much time to think about it as i was going to Spain the day after i received my Riva anyway i took both my batteries in my handbag, and a 5ml bottle E-juice which i had already been using. Thought it would be fine for the journey. Packed the rest (pick & mix, cartridges etc) in my luggage. No problems going through security. I mostly used it when going to the loo, but bravely had a few puffs in the airport when not many people about, also discreetly on the flight a few times (window seat) ! the vapour just seemed to disappear very quickly so it probably wasnt noticed. Oops, didn't know i should have asked permission. Same on the way back home, marvellous. Even if i just had a few in the loos now and again it would be great. Thinking about it now tho' maybe i should have put the e juice in a little plastic bag.

Hi DancingQueen and a warm welcome to the forum ....thank you so much for taking the time to post, i love reading post like yours and hearing how easy its been for you and hopefully giving inspiration to any noob vapers wanting to give it a go looking at your thanks to those vendors im guessing you have tried a few juices... whats your favourite flavour at the moment ? Hello Gordy, i bought a few tobacco samples from Freedomvape which i still have because i thought my husband would try the Riva (not much luck at the minute) and a spearmint one which i re-ordered. Griswalds re-ordered Arctic Lemon, and yes youv'e guessed it, Cocomel also liking the silky, think this will be my tobacco one. To be honest i like most of the ones I have tried, the banoffee's and whiskey creams are nice for a short while i think. But i must try the arctic cherry, also just using the low strength. I bought some ce3 smokeymisers but not ready to use them yet, think i will prefer the new echomisers so will give them a go.

Im a fan of the echomisers they take a nice bit of e-liquid that lasts me all day ...the smokymisers can be a pain to fill so make sure you ask for advice or check out a video first ...looks like you are having fun experimented with your flavours, that is the best part of vaping after all

I find I usually have to bump up the volts a bit at 3 ohms and am not sure how these would take to that.
