well if it takes any significant time to refund im sure we can exert some collective pressure for a token gesture, this site has to represent a good proportion of theirideal customer base, I know of at least one idiot with shinyitus in here (am referring to myself)

Unfortunately, I would never order from them now.

I'm an IT guy.....websites, servers....you name it.......and it's just amateur hour what they've done.

You NEVER develop online.......only locally in sandbox mode.

The fact that their site is online and can receive payments.........well......might be that they're not even honest and this was all a scam for the delivery charges.

That's one way of looking at it, our minds did meet, they advertised it, my mind said buy it so I did. I smell a fish tbh, IE scam to use as a part start up fund. I'm getting the same email over n over again atm. I'm not the sort of guy who has money taken for a no sale that's not my fault. Bought in good faith so I expect the same back. Basic business really (not aimed at you or anyone here it's just my view)

Same here  I only ordered 1 Goblin for a bit of fun, I wouldn't like to see a new business getting taken to the cleaners over an error unless, as someone else mentioned, it's a scam for a bit of start up money. That would be a bit silly though because they'd be pretty much over before they'd begun

And the Error email is sent via paypal stating that the payments covererd by paypal protection

?? Unless its a Phishing scam to get your paypal addy and p/w????? just in case Dont follow any links to paypal from the emails received..

Tho an incomplete Database behind a site under development is a credible story, but i can be a sucker at times

hope no one minds but i sent them a email suggesting they show up in here as a vendor and perhaps offer our group some discount or loss leader..

Think they need a new webby developer/designer, apparently the site goes live on Friday 15th April. Looks like that will be 15/04/2016 11 months is a long time to get a site up and running.
