Folks . . . . this does sadden me.

Whilst you may or may not agree with my sentiments - but have none of you ever made a mistake? Because I know I've certainly made plenty in my time, we could all argue that in a perfect world none of us ever would, but we don't live in a perfect world - to err is human and all that. It's a fact that the internet is a public place to make errors, but it's happened before and it's bound to again.

If you don't receive your refunds in a timely manner, that's a different issue.


But please, give a new Vendor a chance to redeem themselves before condemning them.

refunds work in a way that it takes time kreed was it from paypal balance or from your creditcard
just read up on paypal refunds

say i had 10£ balance = instant 10£ refund
10£ from credit card is a little longer you will get it

nope.....the seller has been paid by paypal........paypal dont take it from me for a fortnight.

I really don't think they were trying to scam shipping fees, if they were then it seems daft to offer a cash on delivery option.
My refund from the Gearbest Subtank Plus debacle took two days to show in my paypal account after Gearbest marked it as refunded.

Yes I agree my e mail states refund completed, has not yet shown, but i shall wait 48 hours, checking each day for the refund. If then not refunded I shall put in a claim with Paypal.

Looking at other UK Vapers forums there are 100`s who have jumped at this offer, and it`s going to take some poor employee to sort all of them out.

Give them a little slack peeps.
