If you didn't have a cash balance in PP when you placed the order, then PP put it on hold for a few days.

Thanks Bob I have now received the three refunds, but can't as yet transfer the money back to my bank a/c.

I normally just leave it in PP so that when I make the next payment they take less from my Bank a/c
